Was going to go to the Bistro, but the food selection was terrible. Breakfast is very good, but the bistro needs to have adult-appropriate food. It was all kids food. Pizza, burgers. No sandwiches. Nothing "typical German" - bar food in Germany = Schnitzel, wuerst, Brezeln... none to be found. Just. Kids. Food.

The hotel and everything in it is new. We appreciated the clean, minimalistic design and the well thought out amenities - the way the room is arranged, having the toilet separated from the bathroom, the 5 (!) quick elevators.
The food was good - both for the included breakfast and for the lunch or dinner at the bistro.
Having the subway (U-Bahn) station right in front of the hotel is also good, especially since it is on the line 3, which quickly takes you in the city centre, to the zoo, to the BMW World and other nice places.
The service was also very good - reception, bistro, cleaning - all get high marks.
