The problem is cleaning room. Most of the time you have to ask, they do not speak German and this time even I discussed to clean the room, that was not cleaned 2 weeks. They do not have schedule when to clean and staff seems to change every couple of month

I am very happy with the service and staff. To reach 100 % you have to clean room with wet rag to collect dust. Used to be long time ago. After cleaning rooms smelled very good.
