In meinem Appartment (408) war der Stopfen vom Waschbecken im Bad defekt, sodass das Wasser kaum ablief, außerdem war das Scharnier des Waschbeckenunterschrankes herausgerissen. Solche Dinge sollten doch beim Putzen des Appartments auffallen. Die Küche war auch nicht ganz sauber( Ceranfeld und Besteckbehälter fettig). Dadurch wirkte das Appartment etwas vernachlässigt.

The room was great, I however have to mention that i was very uncomfortable with a man being able to open my room door at 9am in the morning, while I was sleeping. Even if it was cleaning staff, it was totally unacceptable and even unnecessary, as I was to check out the morning.

My overall experience is really great! i want to say thank you for a good service, great location, friendly stuff. The things I would really appreciate if you improve is cleanliness because there was a bird shit on the window, it was possible to clean it, the surfaces of a kitchen table and doors were dirty, and it was visible the dirt was not fresh, it was saved there for months. I am sorry but i did not want to touch the kitchen and facilities. There was no a hair dryer, which is not a catastrophe but would be a good standard to have a small one. I would also provide more towels because those you have are not enough, i was also surprised that towels are not automatically changed every day or every second day. And the bedsheet had a stain. But the bed itself was nice and the sleep was very good for me.
