Great place to stay, central and clean, with friendly staff. Seemed to have many young clients. For non European visitors, you have to ask for a kettle for the room and bring your own tea etc if you want to make it in the room. But that is a Europe thing not just the hotel thing. So enjoy Europe.

My experience was almost perfect, except at the end, when I asked to call for a taxi and te receptionist call for a private transport. Conclusion: I paid more 5000 florins that I would pay by a normal taxi. I am disappointed with this lack of transparency in the service.

At the same time, we regret that you were dissatisfied at the end of your stay. We offer an airport transfer to our guests, depending on the number of guests this services provided either with an SUV (up.. to 4 passengers) or by a minibus (up to 8 people). The prices are clearly indicated at our reception desk SUV 16.000.-HUF/ drive to the airport and minibus 24.000.-HUF/drive to the airport. You have requested a taxi with our colleagues at the reception, and they offered you the services of our transfer partner (not taxi company, but person transfer). As you have accepted, they organised it accordingly. The taxi is not a fixed price but depends on the traffic, therefore it could have been more or less. We leave it up to our guests, if they wish to use the more personalised transfer services our partner offers, or to use a taxi. We are happy to organise both.
