Das Zimmer wurde 6 Tage lang überhaupt nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten.
Es gab Zeiten, in denen es kein Toilettenpapier, keine Handtücher und kein Trinkwasser gab.
Das H4 Hotel hat versucht, uns 40 € pro Nacht zu erstatten, aber angesichts der schlechten Sauberkeit und des schlechten Reinigungsservices verdienen wir mindestens 50 % Erstattung, denn dies ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, aber der Reinigungsservice war furchtbar schlecht. Ich habe einige Dinge im Zimmer selbst gereinigt, weil wir eine Woche lang dort bleiben wollten.

Une très longue attente pour avoir la chambre (25minutes). On me sort de la file d'attente alors que je suis le client suivant à passer pour aller à un autre comptoir, mais au final en arrivant au comptoir une autre cliente passe devant, et je perds encore du temps... La personne qui fait mon check in refuse de me donner une facture car il faut la faire impérativement à la sortie, ne me donne pas certaines infos (bar, piscine ou encore wifi... J'ai fait sans !)... Ceci est un RED FLAG, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Sad because of not getting hair dryer. Also did not like that the housekeeping brought only one towel when they visited and there was three girls. Also had a disturbing noice what made us get no sleep. The noice was technical issue in the bathroom ceiling. Techical man came to fix but after 10hours it started again. There was no point for us to ask him come again because in the first place had to wait 2days for him to come.
