Très déçu de ma dernière visite

2ème visite On ne reviendra jamais Attente interminable à la réception Impossible de joindre la réception depuis la chambre ils ne répondent pas Demande serviette supplémentaires, elles n'ont jamais été apportées Le service petit déjeuner est deplorable on vient prendre les assiettes alors que l'on est en train de déjeuner Seul point positif le barman de notre premier séjour hyper commercial souriant efficace

Deux nuit à 30 degrés pour dormir une expérience horrible. Je repars plus fatigué que à mon arrivée

The hotel is nicely designed and the rooms a re comfortable. The check-in experience is a disaster - if I arrive around 8 pm and I have to wait for 30 min to get check-in done, then you destroy the hotel experience. Besides that the breakfast room is narrow, with too many people and noise...it creates a feeling like to be in a company cantine, but not in a 4 star hotel.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis ganz gut. Auch wenn nicht zentral gelegen, gute Verbindung zum Zentrum und zum Flughafen.

Overall very disappointed. We paid a lot and were very excited to be there. First hostess insinuated that we were too poor because we’d booked through a sale and she said she was surprised as people who book in the sale. Orally only spend one night whereas we had booked 3. The hospitality was so terrible for the price we paid and the repute of the hotel. Unsure if this is because we’re a young couple or because I’m not white or this is just the standard you uphold.

I had an excellent stay at the H4 Hotel Paris and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Magdalena, the Assistant Front of House Manager, Zakir and all the teams whose kindness and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable—they went above and beyond by solving my old room problem of A/C by upgrading my room to a deluxe suite and offering complimentary drinks, which added a truly personal touch to my visit. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and immaculately clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city, and the views from the upper floors are stunning. Overall, I highly recommend the H4 Hotel Paris for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay in the city. I will definitely return on my next trip to Paris.

L'expérience aurait pu être bonne si l'accueil à l'arrivée était meilleur. 30 minutes pour faire le check in alors que de nombreux membres du personnel avait l'air disponible. Pareil pour le check out. Nuit horrible avec une clim non fonctionnelle, non acceptable dans une tour où l'on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres.

Mauvaise expérience, je n'ai jamais vu autant de dysfonctionnements dans un même hotel : attendre une 1/2 heure a l'arrivée parce qu'une seule personne est a l'accueil alors que le concierge fait les 100 pas, d'autres personnes passent derrière le desk mais ne bougent pas, ce n'est pas concevable. Idem pour rendre les clefs le matin, beaucoup d'organisation a revoir

A 5 star experience. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The lobby was beautiful, my room was lovely and comfortable, I enjoyed the panoramic view of Paris and the view of the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur church from my room. I had a relaxing stay with sound proof windows and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing with a large range of good quality products. The waiters from the restaurant were very nice and the food was really good quality. A moment of peace in the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Had high hopes as it is stated to be a four star but was disappointed by a lot of small things that ruined our experience. We are regular visitors to Paris and uncertain of whether we would use your hotel again.

Wenn man auf den Preis und die Sternenewwertung schaut keine Weiterempfehlung, Verkehrsanbindung war gut, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel kleine Zimmer, keine Minibar und kein Kühlschrank, keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, wenn nur auf Nachfrage/ Beschwerde, zu wenige Handtücher ( nur ein kleines und zwei große) für 2 Gäste Bettwäscje wurde in sechs Nächten nie gewechselt
