Good. The 50 EUR deposit per person per night was never disclosed in advance which is not right (I also have no idea when this money will be returned having left the hotel and still not seeing it come into my account).

Great experience. The elevators were a bit complicated to use though. Wanted to go see the pool and didn’t have access. That was a bit annoying. Not sure why you need reservations to just see the pool.
