Un estupendo hotel, tanto las habitaciones, como el trato de los empleados, en especial de Stefania que además hablaba español y nos facilito información de cómo desplazarnos y nos facilito paraguas por posibilidad de lluvia.
Recomendable y repetiría mismo alojamiento si vuelvo a visitar Viena.

We really liked our stay at your hotel. Everything was new and clean, the room was well-equipped and soundproof, we heard nothing from outside, from other rooms or from the hall.
Breakfast was excellent! The time of serving is quite long, so we could sleep and eat till 11 then (which is awesome especially after jet lag), also if we stayed a bit longer, nobody complaint. The staff was really nice.

Neues Hotel, sehr sauber und vor Allem sehr freundliches Personal.
Da es bei unserer Buchung ein kleines, kaum nennenswertes Missverständnis gab, fanden wir bei der Ankunft im Zimmer eine persönliche Willkommenskarte und ein Obstteller als "Entschädigung". Sehr persönlich und aufmerksam!

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren in einem guten Zustand. Die Dusche war wirklich sehr schön groß und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte ich mir mehr Auswahl an Obst und Aufschnitt gewünscht. Das Rühreier war leider immer kalt.
