Great service, could check in earlier than expected, could leave the luggage after the check out, fresh drinking water and a coffee machine in the room added even more pleasure, very comfortable bed! Highly recommend

I stayed at the hotel from 12/21 until 1/2/2024. It was a wonderful stay.
The breakfast is very wonderful and very diverse and the staff are more than helpful
I was staying on the eighth floor near the elevators, which were making some noise. I expressed my comments to the front desk, and they offered me to change the room immediately. I think that the maintenance and muting the sound of the elevators will be very importnant.
As for room service, on New Year’s Eve, I returned to the room and the window was open and the room was freezing and the smell of fireworks was in the room , and I did not receive at that night and the next night on the bottles of water that are supposed to be provided daily. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. I will return to the same hotel on my next visit to Berlin. Thank you.
