However we would like to apologize that your room apparently hasn't been cleaned properly which is very unusual and certainly will be discussed with our housekeeping team. Furthermore we regret that you found your room to be too hot and the aircon not adjustable. Actually, it only cools during the summertime. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater. Please allow us to convince you of our excellent service features during a future abidance.
