Alles war super,bisschen später gekommen und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wussten erstmal nicht wie man die zimmer aussuchen soll,dann wollten die uns als familie an zwei anderen Etagen trennen am ende alles geklappt.

Für ein neues Hotel war die Klimaanlage nicht Leistungsfähig genug, es hat nicht wirklich richtig abgekühlt.
Auch hat man das Gepolter und die Türen der anderen Zimmer sehr gut gehört, für ein neues Hotel nicht genügend.

My overall experience was awesome! However, the water pressure in the shower was really low. Also, I would have liked a fridge in the room for keeping cold drinks.

Die Betriebsstabilität der WMF Kaffevollautomaten könnten sie erhöhen. Während des Frühstücks kam es oft vor das zwei von den drei Kaffemaschinen ausfielen. Dadurch ist es zu sehr langen Wartezeiten an der funktionierenden Maschine gekommen. Vor allem wenn Gäste sich z.b Latte Machiato bereiteten und andere Gäste nur Kaffe schwarz wollten. Mir fiel auf das sich ein Stau beim Kaffee bildete. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.
