Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Ho avanzato alcune richieste riguardo le caratteristiche della stanza che cercavo e sono stato accontentato. Ho richiesto la possibilità di avere il posto auto interno allhotel e anche in questo caso il personale è stato disponibile. Ho infine aggiunto una notte in più per potere visitare meglio Vienna e anche in qui tutto bene. Colazione fantastica! Non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto dellesperienza H+ di Vienna. Grazie!

The room have nice good size double bed but There isnt space to go around. The bath towels in the bathroom were too small and too thin. Dust in the room on fabric. Black silicone shower in the shower tray. The drain in the sink was badly inserted and smelled of it. The drain in the shower badly inserted. At breakfast staff ask for room number when mouth is clogged with food. Some people reach into their pockets and pull out the card with the room number because they cannot open their mouths.

Mir fehlte als Brillenträgerin ein Nachttisch. Ich habe den Papierkorb umgedreht und als Nachttisch umfunktioniert.
Leider lief wegen Abflussverstopfung das Duschwasser über und überschwemmte das Bad und der Teppich wurde auch ein bisschen nass. Alles wurde allerdings schnell behoben.
