08.10.23First contact with the hotel is a front desk. It should be improved. Stuff there should have more experience and act welcoming. For the 5 star hotel there should be also a refreshing drink.
Offering the coffee in the morning should be changed by offering the tea with one-two biscuits before the bed time.
