13.08.25Kommen seit 3 Jahren, immer teuerste Kategorie- Suite. Rezeption überfordert- Problemmanagement völlig insuffizient. Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei ca. 32 Grad Aussentemperatur defekt. Problem war offenbar bekannt, und wurde letztlich nach langen Diskussionen zugegeben. Krisenmanagement nicht vorhanden. Proaktives Lösungsmanagement vS. Hotel nicht vorhanden. Zimmerwechsel erst nach massiven Diskussionen möglich: unwahre/falsche Informationen („ sind komplett ausgebucht, anderes Zimmer leider nicht möglich, wollen Sie einen Ventilator? verstehe Sie vollkommen,… Techniker aber leider, leider am WE nicht vor Ort“). Check: Sowohl über Booking, als auch Hotel- HP wäre aber eine sofortige Zimmerbuchung möglich gewesen- Rezeptionistin wurde damit konfrontiert- peinliches Schweigen und Ausreden… letztendlich Zimmerwechsel nach 3-stündigem Hin- und Her DOCH möglich, sogar idente Kategorie!! Für ein 5- Sternhotel inferior. nach email an Management wenigstens 20% Refund auf 1. Nacht. Trotzdem: Nie wieder. Leider- bisher gute Erfahrungen!

We would like to clarify the situation from our side: you initially came to us as a walk-in guest and later decided not to stay. After a short time, you returned and booked a room. Upon seeing your first room, you felt it was too small, so we offered you an upgrade to a suite. As is standard in hotels, upgraded room categories come at an additional cost, which in this case was €120. And no issues with cleanliness or used items were reported to us during your stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to address this immediately.
We also note that you decided to extend your stay for another night, which we understood as a sign that you were overall comfortable with your room. For this reason, we are surprised and saddened by your review.
Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your comments. We hope you might give us another opportunity in the future to offer you a more enjoyable experience.

08.08.25wonderfull! beautiful hotel, great rooms and very friendly staff. we wanted to eat at the restaurant on one of the evenings and were told that we dont have to reserve a place in advance. when we arrived the bar tender told us that the restaurant is full and that we have to wait 30 minutes. He unlike the rest of the hotel staff wasn't very friendly. we left and decided not to try it again. Besides that our stay was wonderful.
