28.06.24Very enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a suite. Very clean, new and spacious. Huge shower. Location easily walkable into old town in 10-15 mins. A nice walk. Just across from
Mirabellplatz gardens. Very close to get the pickup for the sound of music tour. Great sky bar next door too with amazing views. Staff friendly. Good stay. Would recommend.

27.06.24This is an elegant hotel in Salzburg. I highly recommend it. The exterior facade of the building is that of an older historic building but everything was brand new inside and the design was gorgeous and tasteful. It was just so well done it made our stay memorable. The staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was very good. We stayed at a different hotel in Salzburg in the same price range earlier in our trip and, while the other hotel was perfectly fine, there really was no comparison between the two.

25.06.24Schlecht: Zimmerupgrade für ein Platinum Mitglied abgelehnt trotz guter Verfügbarkeit. Dass ich dem Rezeptionisten die Verfügbarkeit auf H-hotels.com beweisen muss um ein Upgrade zu erhalten ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. Das hat einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht.
Gut: ALLES andere :-) Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, Zustand der Möbel, Gemütlichkeit und Angebot an Getränken in der Lounge.
Bis auf den Checkin haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Leider können wir Ihre Bewertung nicht ganz nachvollziehen, da wir bereits ein Upgrade für Sie bereit gehalten haben, da sie ein Superior Zimmer gebucht hatten. Dies hatten wir aufgewertet. Es wird immer nur zu nächst höheren Kategorie aufgewertet und nicht direkt zum Besten. Gerne stehen wir hier auch bei weiteren Fragen gerne persönlich zur Verfügung.
