Ihr Platin-Status war uns durchaus bewusst und wir schätzen diesen auch sehr. Aus diesem Grund haben wir für Sie ein Treatment auf Ihrem Zimmer bereitgestellt. Da wir in unserem H2 Hotel allerdings lediglich über eine einzige Zimmerkategorie verfügen, war es uns nicht möglich, Ihnen ein kostenfreies Upgrade zu geben. Schade ist zudem, dass unser Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht überzeugte. Gern möchten wir Ihnen diesbezüglich mitteilen, dass wir in unserem Hause mit einem dynamischen Preissystem arbeiten, wobei sich die Zimmerpreise stets nach der aktuellen Buchungslage, sowie Auslastung und etwaiger Veranstaltungen in Berlin richten. However we are sorry for the lack of information regarding to the green emission sticker. Due to the fact that our hotel is located in the city center the sticker is indispensable to reach us. You can get them online or at any bigger garages and technical monitoring associations like TÜV/DEKRA.
