The overall experience with this hotel was perfect, from the check-in to the check-out. The hotel is very clean, near Alexanderplatz so you can walk to the city center and take the train to where you want to go, the staff was very helpfull. We had the leaving plane at 6 in the morning so we checked-out a day before, The reception took care of our bags for about 12 hours and at the pick-up of our bags i've asked the reception guy if i can use an outlet to charge my phone since i was not able to charge it in the day time, and happily offered me an outlet for 30minutes. So after all of these my vacantion and my birthday was perfect. When i will come back to berlin i'l be sure to check first if this hotel has any room avalabile

Ein praktisches Hotel, für einen Städtetrip. Die Zimmer waren allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so dass sich so manche Verkleidung von den Wänden löste. Auch die Teppiche in den Fluren waren schon arg dreckig.
