We were disappointed that the bedclothes were dirty, they cannot have been changed after the previous guests. It was also very unpleasant with the sewage smell in the room. When I complained to lady at the reception, I was told that we could not get a new room, as the hotel was full. I was given clean bedclothes that I had to change myself.
