Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you experienced disturbances during your first night. Our night manager immediately offered you a quiet room for sleeping and the option to move rooms, both that night and the following day. We regret that the situation disrupted your rest and that you decided against a room change, even though we could not detect any noises afterwards. Regarding housekeeping, we apologize sincerely for the misunderstanding. On the first day, we noted “later” with no specific time mentioned, which is why the service was postponed until you would notify us. On the second day, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on your door, and we were informed to clean after 5pm, which was done. We are very sorry that this led to delays or disappointment, nevertheless. Please be assured that our team is happy to assist immediately after notification.
