23.08.23Wir haben zum ersten Mal im Hyperion übernachtet und waren begeistert. Das Hotel ist fabelhaft in jeder Beziehung: sehr gute Lage, erstklassiger Service mit äußerst freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal, ruhige und geräumige Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Betten, ein qualitativ hervorragendes Frühstück. Das Auto wurde vom Personal geparkt und auch wieder gebracht. Speziell war, dass wir mit dem Deluxe-Zimmer Zugang zur Executive Lounge hatten, wo man sich verpflegen kann, und der Inhalt der Minibar ist inbegriffen. Die defekte Minibar in unserem Zimmer wurde gleich am Montag früh vom Haustechniker repariert.

18.08.23It was ok but room was not very large and 5 stars means a pool in Germany, Canada, Switzerland, America so confusing when none there. Computers didn't work at check-in which was annoying and one small elevator is not sufficient for the number of rooms.

Leider wurde beim Frühstück an frischem Obst, Säften und Kaffee gespart. Das ist in diesem Preissegment der falsche Ort zu sparen. Hier geht es um höchstens 2 %.
Ich habe die Züre im Badezimmer sehr vermisst, ebenso das Waschbecken auf der Toilette.
Das ist gar nicht angenehm.
