Wir haben zum ersten Mal im Hyperion übernachtet und waren begeistert. Das Hotel ist fabelhaft in jeder Beziehung: sehr gute Lage, erstklassiger Service mit äußerst freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal, ruhige und geräumige Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Betten, ein qualitativ hervorragendes Frühstück. Das Auto wurde vom Personal geparkt und auch wieder gebracht. Speziell war, dass wir mit dem Deluxe-Zimmer Zugang zur Executive Lounge hatten, wo man sich verpflegen kann, und der Inhalt der Minibar ist inbegriffen. Die defekte Minibar in unserem Zimmer wurde gleich am Montag früh vom Haustechniker repariert.

When we arrived we told to park our car outside the hotel The car attended asked for the keys and said he would park it inside It was left out all night and the hotel tried to bill us for parking

The AC did not work, which was the main issue. It was so hot in the room. Like 30C! After telling the reception desk about the issue, nothing happened. One problem is their window sensor that falsely detects the window as open. The second one is the AC is not powerful enough - they should get a refund and put in a proper actual AC. The third issue is the control of the AC is confusing and not intuitive - who bought this garbage? Based on the AC control it is impossible to know whether the AC is activated or not, what the room temperature is, etc.
