Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Alex. Das Zimmer ist völlig ausreichend für einen Städtetrip o.ä, allles funktional und sauber. Die Tiefgarage ist über die Rückseite des Hotels gut zu erreichen. Der Peis dafür ist völlig o.k. und wird idealerweise gleich beim Auschecken berechnet. Man erhält ein Ausfahrtstiket und muss erst 24:00 raus. das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig!

Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer sowie für die Haare auf dem Bett entschuldigen wir uns hingegen aufrichtig und werden dies umgehend mit unserem Team vom Housekeeping besprechen. Meist handelt es sich bei dem Geruch um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Zudem haben Sie je nach Auslastung auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. However we regret that you found your room to be too hot and the aircon not adjustable. Actually it only works properly during the summer time. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater.
