Ein solides Hotel, mit sehr zentraler Lage. Einrichtung modern, Mitarbeiter freundlich und Frühstück sehr gut. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit besteht noch etwas Luft nach oben. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, würden auch wieder kommen.

Schade, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen an einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause nicht erfüllen konnten und Ihre Bewertung entsprechend ausfiel. Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer entschuldigen wir uns aufrichtig und werden der Ursache umgehend auf den Grund gehen. Meist handelt es sich hierbei um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Zudem haben Sie je nach Auslastung auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen, wo wir Ihre Eindrücke verbessern möchten.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Berlin, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Hotel war wegen seiner Lage ideal dafür geeignet. Auch sonst machte das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Nett eingerichtet und sauber. Nette Mitarbeiter und guter Service. Mehr brauchen wir nicht. Abends kann man auf einen Absacker in die Bar des Nachbarhotels H4 gehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great place to stay, only thing was the website didn’t make it clear that you get better facilities in h4. We expected tea and coffee making facilities and safe in the room but were told that was in h4 not h2
