We constantly work on improving our guests’ satisfaction; therefore, your feedback, positive or negative, helps us to see our product through the eyes of our guests and is highly valuable to us. We are sorry to hear that not everything during your stay was to your fullest satisfaction. Anyway we would like to inform you that in our 4-star-hotel our guests do not have to pay for the second coffee, this must have been a misunderstanding. Additionally we do not have a Spa area, is it possible that there is a general misunderstanding concerning the hotel you wanted to review ?
