Hôtel très bien situé ; chambre confortable , décoration agréable, salle de bains fonctionnelle avec WC séparés. Ménage quotidien. Petit déjeuner grandiose. Local à bagages pour le dernier jour. Personnel aimable.
Le seul inconvénient est le bruit de la rue (aurait-il fallu prendre un surclassement pour ne pas être côté rue ?...)

Very bad smell from the toilet like sewage smell. Shower temperature control very bad. On booking.com it mentioned parking available so that’s why I booked the hotel but when I arrived the parking was full. Should tell customers that the parking is upon availability before booking

We are not used to getting such negative reviews and therefore we are very sad about yours. Please accept our sincere apologies for mentioned and rest assured that we will discuss your meaningful notes with our colleagues in charge. We are sorry for the bad smell in your bathroom probably caused by the siphon that does not sit on the drain properly and can easily be fixed. Also be informed that apart from the public underground car park with direct entrance to our hotel there is an alternative basement garage for the same price only about 2 minutes walking distance away from us. The "Q-Park" always has enough space and the price of €20,- per night is identical to the other as long as the payment will be done at our hotel reception desk. The satisfaction of our guests is our top priority and hopefully you will give us another opportunity to change your point of view during a future visit.

Good but in all fairness, the room had more to offer I think. Two electrical outlets didn’t work witch meant that two of the floor lamps didn’t work either.
