On arrival the receptionist staff was quite miserable. The room had a stained carpet and smelt of drains( this did clear) . The towels were very thin and one had a visible hole and rip( this was changed once we pointed it out) . We visited with another couple who asked for their room to be serviced daily this did not happen until they complained on day three of our break. Could not fault the breakfast, there was a whole range of choices and the staff were friendly. We also ate twice in the restaurant, the food was excellent although the menu was limited.
