However we regret that the uncomely breakfast situation regarding to the high number of guests clouded your impressions a lot. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences and kindly be informed that the traffic light indicator placed in our elevators points out the best breakfast times. On very busy days we generally also prepare our conference rooms or we advise our guests to have their breakfast at our adjoining H4 Hotel. We are really sorry that it obviously could not be implemented during your stay and we will discuss your meaningful notes with our responsible colleagues. Hopefully we can welcome you back again someday for a more enjoyable abidance.

Very good. This was our first stay at this hotel and I will certainly consider staying here again if we are in Berlin and will absolutely recommend it to others. The location is excellent and public transport links are all within a few metres of the hotel.
