Wir bedauern, dass wir bei Ihnen nicht den gewünschten Wohlfühleffekt erzielen konnten. Es tut uns wirklich leid, dass Sie Ihr gebuchtes Kingsize-Zimmer, aufgrund einer internen Systemumstellung, nicht erhalten. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür, dass die aufzugsnahe Lage des alternativen Zimmers nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach und Sie Ihren Gutschein nicht für den gewünschten Cocktail einlösen konnten.
