Very disappointed about the lack of breakfast options for someone with a lactose intolerance. Had to go elsewhere to buy food despite having already bought breakfast and then was not given a refund for it. Would not recommend to any of our friends or family.

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im H4 Hotel. Für ein "Stadthotel" waren Ihre Mitarbeiter sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns wichtig ist.
Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen, besonders die Einrichtung und was einem Gast für das Geld geboten wird.
Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.
