Ho scelto questa struttura in base alle ottime recensioni dei clienti, purtroppo ho dovuto annullare la prenotazione per gravi problemi di salute di un familiare -documentati sotto il profilo medico - pur avendo acquistato prenotazione non rimborsabile ho chiesto “collaborazione” alla struttura magari con voucher da utilizzare in futuro. La struttura si è dimostrata inflessibile e per nulla collaborativa addebitandomi la cancellazione al costo totale della prenotazione senza nemmeno provare a valutare le ragioni della richiesta di cancellazione.
Visiterò sicuramente Budapest quando possibile ma sceglierò altra struttura!
