Um eine solche Situation weitgehend zu vermeiden, hängt in unseren Aufzügen ein Ampelsystem, welches auf die bestmöglichen Frühstückszeiten hinweist. Darüber hinaus machen wir bereits bei Anreise darauf aufmerksam, zu welchen Zeiträumen mit einem höheren Gästeaufkommen im Frühstückbereich zu rechnen ist. Zusätzlich stellen wir unseren Gästen, an besonders gut gebuchten Tagen, das Frühstücksrestaurant im angrenzenden H4 Hotel, oder einen unserer Konferenzräume zur Verfügung. Wir bedauern wirklich sehr, dass dies während Ihres Aufenthaltes offensichtlich nicht wie üblich kommuniziert und umgesetzt wurde.
