We had a deluxe apartment, which was great for a family with two kids. The hotel is ideally located, very close to Engelberg train station and the Engelberg cable car. The view from the hotel is also nice, we see the mountains.
It has a nice swimming pool, to relax at the end of the day, and the continental breakfast in the morning is very good.
All staff people were helpful and friendly, even with late requests.
One downside: the water pressure in the shower was too weak, otherwise I would have given a 5/5 note.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Man gelangt sehr schnell und bequem mit dem Bus zur Talstation, die Haltestelle befindet sich genau gegenüber vom Hotel. Die Fussgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Läden fängt schon beim Hotel an. Das Zimmer mit einem abtrennbaren Schlafzimmer war gross, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Noch eine zusätzliche Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa und das Zimmer wäre perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grosszügig und der Spa-Bereich entspannend und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommen, höflich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für das tolle Aufenthalt!
