Das Hotel hat generell einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Besonders die Nähe zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorzuheben. Die Mitarbeiter am Desk machen einen guten Job, sind geschult und freundlich. Negativ aufgefallen, wie schon erwähnt, der total überfüllte Frühstücksraum. Wenn man einen Platz gefunden und einen Kaffee "erobert" hat, kann man das gut ausgestattete und gefüllte Buffet geniessen.
