We appreciate your efforts to rate and comment on your recent abidance at our H2 Hotel but at the same time we deeply regret that our price-performance ratio didn't meet your expectations. Please be informed that in-house we work with a dynamic pricing system, whereby the rates are based on the current booking situation, as well as utilization and any events in Berlin like exhibitions. Thus, the room rates vary daily and a more convenient booking is possible most time of the year. We also want you to know that additional room amenities like slippers or vanity kits are available at our reception desk. We are also sorry that you were not happy with your room although size and equipment are clearly stated on our homepage as well as other online travel agencies. For your future trip to Berlin we would like to recommend our luxury Hyperion Hotel which offers all the features you were missing at our H2 and we hope to meet again at one of our H-Hotels someday.
