mit großem Bedauern müssen wir feststellen, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem modernen City Hotel nicht vollständig erfüllen konnten und unser Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Gern möchten wir Ihnen diesbezüglich mitteilen, dass wir in unserem Hause mit einem dynamischen Preissystem arbeiten, wobei sich die Zimmerpreise stets nach der aktuellen Buchungslage, sowie Auslastung und etwaiger Veranstaltungen in Berlin richten. Eine günstigere Buchung ist jedoch die meiste Zeit im Jahr über möglich. Schade ist auch, dass unsere Frühstücksbrötchen nicht Ihren Geschmack trafen, obwohl diese täglich frisch von unserem Bäcker geliefert werden. Ihre Kritik hierzu haben wir bereits an die zuständigen Kollegen, zu deren Berücksichtigung, weitergeleitet. Hoffentlich dürfen wir eines Tages erneut Ihr Gastgeber sein, damit wir Ihre Meinung verbessern können.
