Die besondere Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Auch meine Bitte ein ruhiges Zimmer zu erhalten wurde trotz des günstigsten Preises erfüllt. Ebenso war es kein Problem, meinen in Berlin Studierenden Enkel beim Frühstück hinzu zu buchen. Mein Koffer wurde nach dem Auschecken sicher verwahrt. Alles lief perfekt.
