Für die beschriebenen Defekte sowie für die mangelnde Sauberkeit möchten wir uns daher in aller Form entschuldigen und Ihnen versichern, dass dies keinesfalls unserem herkömmlichen Standard, sowie den Anforderungen an uns selbst entspricht. Wir werden Ihre Kritik daher umgehend mit unseren zuständigen Kollegen sowohl von der Haustechnik als auch dem Housekeeping besprechen. Preiswertes Hotel in bester Zentrumslage inclusive Frühstück. Zimmer etwas klein, Bäder dafür gut und geräumig. Eine eigentlich übliche Wasserflasche im Zimmer fehlte. Frühstück nicht überragend, aber gut und ausreichend. Zusätzliches Bistroangebot tagsüber und abends. Insgesamt sehr preiswert angesichts der tollen Lage.
