With regrets we must realize that we couldn't win you with the comfort and service features our H4 Hotel generally is popular for. Nevertheless we are thankful for your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve ourselves. Please accept our apologies for the mentioned inconveniences and rest assured that they certainly do not meet our quality standards or demands on ourselves. Especially our staff usually is very much appreciated for their kindness and we are very sorry for your opposite experiences.
