Given the lack of room amenities explained in #1, the hotel fee was overpriced, especially since it did not include the fitness. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not include access to the fitness center, and then after being charge 10 EUR/day, the fitness center quality was sub-par and not equipped to handle to number of users with many people waiting to use the single treadmill and exercise bike.

It actually isnt classified and if it had stars it would be 2-3. If you prefer a higher standard hotel with all the extra room facilities, you were missing why don't you book our 4* H4/H+ Hotel or 5* HYPERION Hotel next time you come to Munic. Or otherwise we would be happy to welcome you back again at our H2 Hotel and win you with our great advantages.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean but very basic. It would have been nice to have Tea making facilities in the room. Apart from the bad smell, the room was find if I was staying for a maximum of 2 days. Any longer I would want more items available.
