Gutes und sauberes Hotel in bester Lage. Reichhaltiges sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein wenig zu viel Betrieb und zu laut beim Frühstück, aber kein Problem. Es ist ein für die Kategorie sehr gutes Stadthotel, welches ich wieder wählen würde.

Preisleistung mega gut. Frühstück super nur gefühlt etwas unstrukturiert. Joghurt und Früchte in einer Ecke und Quark etc. In einer anderen. Ansonsten für jeden was dabei. Zimmer, Personal und Lage top. Das einzig schlechte waren die Fahrstühle. Die Fahrstuhltür ging so schnell zu, dass kein anderer mehr einsteigen konnte. Nachdem man ausgestiegen ist.

Insgesamt hat es uns wirklich gut im Hotel gefallen, mit einer Ausnahme. Wir saßen am Samstag nach dem Frühstück für eine knappe Stunde (!!!) im Aufzug fest und haben außer einem knappen Entschuldigung nichts weiter vom Hotel gehört. Und die Entschuldigung kam auch nur, weil wir extra nochmal zur Rezeption gegangen sind. Ich glaube, da wäre etwas mehr Entgegenkommen von Seiten des Hotels angebracht gewesen. Eine knappe Stunde im Aufzug festzusitzen ist alles andere als eine angenehme Erfahrung im Kurz-Urlaub!!!

Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns noch einmal aufrichtig dafür entschuldigen, dass einer unserer Aufzüge, mit Ihnen drin, stecken blieb. So etwas ist bei uns in dieser Form noch nie vorgekommen und Sie können uns glauben, dass wir über das Geschehnis ebenso schockiert waren wie Sie. Zumal unsere Aufzüge regelmäßig kontrolliert und gewatet werden. Selbstverständlich haben wir umgehend reagiert und nicht nur unsere Haustechnik, sondern auch die zuständige Fachfirma informiert. Bedauerlicherweise war es jedoch nicht so einfach Sie zu befreien und nahm daher etwas mehr Zeit in Anspruch. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dieser unschöne Vorfall Sie nicht davon abhält, eines Tages erneut unser geschätzter Gast zu sein.
