Information about the discontinuation of our HotMiles bonus programme
We regret to inform you that the HotMiles bonus programme will be discontinued on 31.12.2025 and terminated in accordance with the contract. HotMiles will still be credited for departures up to 31.12.2025. For departures from 01.01.2026 onwards, no more credits will be issued.
You can redeem your accumulated HotMiles for free nights as usual until 31.03.2026. HotMiles not redeemed after 31.03.2026 will expire without replacement.

Instructions for redeeming your HotMiles
To redeem your accumulated HotMiles, please log in to your HotMiles profile.
- After logging in, you will find the option "Redeem my HotMiles" in the menu bar under "Status".
- Select the desired hotel, your desired date and the number of people.
- Then click on "Show rooms + prices".
- Complete the booking as usual by entering your personal details.
Option to register with Wyndham Rewards
As we greatly value your loyalty as a HotMiles member, we are working with our partner Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to offer you a status migration in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards status classification. The Wyndham Rewards status classification may differ from the HotMiles classification. The status migration will be determined based on the status as of December 31, 2025 (end of the bonus programme).
Starting early 2026, we will provide you with all the important information about the status migration on this page, including the registration link. We will update the content here for you as soon as it is available.
With the attractive Wyndham Rewards bonus programme, you can sign up for free and collect points worldwide for your stays in over 8,000 hotels, including the H-Hotels brands HYPERION, H4, H2, and H+, and redeem them for overnight stays, vouchers, experiences, and much more.

1. Why is the HotMiles bonus programme being discontinued?
H-Hotels are part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the attractive Wyndham Rewards bonus programme. With this programme, guests will in future be able to collect points for their stays in over 8,000 hotels, including the H-Hotels brands HYPERION, H4, H2 and H+, and redeem them for overnight stays, gift cards, experiences and much more.
2. When does the programme end?
The programme ends on 31 December 2025. HotMiles will still be credited for departures up to and including 31 December 2025. No credits will be made for departures from 1 January 2026 onwards. As a gesture of goodwill, collected HotMiles can be redeemed for free overnight stays until 31 March 2026. Unredeemed HotMiles will expire without replacement after 31 March 2026.
3. Can collected HotMiles still be redeemed?
The programme ends on 31 December 2025. As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering our members the opportunity to redeem their collected HotMiles for free nights as usual until 31 March 2026. Unredeemed HotMiles will expire without replacement after 31 March 2026.
4. What happens to unredeemed HotMiles when the programme expires?
Unredeemed HotMiles will automatically expire at the end of the grace period on 31 March 2026. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer or cash them.
5. Will members still receive all other status benefits?
The HotMiles programme will end on 31 December 2025. After that, we will no longer be able to offer status benefits (early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, access to the Executive Lounge, welcome gifts from Gold status, booking guarantees with Platinum status).
6. Will there be another bonus programme in future that allows points to be collected at H-Hotels?
Guests of H-Hotels will in future be able to sign up for free and use the attractive Wyndham Rewards bonus programme to collect points for their stays in over 8,000 hotels, including the H-Hotels brands HYPERION, H4, H2 and H+, and redeem them for overnight stays, gift cards, experiences and much more.
7. Until when can members make bookings with HotMiles price advantage?
Bookings with HotMiles price advantage are possible until the end of the programme on 31 December 2025.
8. Can members transfer their HotMiles / status to Wyndham Rewards?
It is not possible to transfer HotMiles to Wyndham Rewards. Unredeemed HotMiles will expire on 31 March 2026.
In addition, we can offer our members individual status migration (according to the Wyndham Rewards status classification, which may differ from the HotMiles classification). Information on this will be available on this website shortly.
9. What will happen to the H-Hotels app?
The H-Hotels app will remain available for use. However, all functions related to the HotMiles bonus programme will be deactivated on 1 January 2026.
10. How long can members still log in to the website?
Login will still be possible until 31 March 2026. After that, member accounts will be closed.
