Information about the discontinuation of our HotMiles bonus programme
We regret to inform you that the HotMiles bonus programme has bee discontinued and terminated in accordance with the contract as of 31 December 2025 HotMiles has been credited to you for departures up to 31 December 2025. For departures from 01 January 2026 onwards, no more credits will be issued.
You can redeem your accumulated HotMiles for free nights as usual until 31 March 2026. HotMiles not redeemed after 31 March 2026 will expire without replacement.

Instructions for redeeming your HotMiles
To redeem your accumulated HotMiles, please log in to your HotMiles profile.
- After logging in, you will find the option "Redeem my HotMiles" in the menu bar under "Status".
- Select the desired hotel, your desired date and the number of people.
- Then click on "Show rooms + prices".
- Complete the booking as usual by entering your personal details.
Status match from HotMiles to Wyndham Rewards
With the attractive Wyndham Rewards bonus programme, you can sign up for free and collect points worldwide for your stays in over 8,000 hotels, including the H-Hotels brands HYPERION, H4, H2, and H+, and redeem them for overnight stays, vouchers, experiences, and much more. As a HotMiles member, you can match your HotMiles status to Wyndham Rewards. Your HotMiles status as of 31 December 2025 and, if applicable, the number of nights you have stayed in 2025 will determine your match. The status match is possible until 31 March 2026 inclusive. Overview of status allocation
- HotMiles Platinum status: Wyndham Rewards Platinum level
- HotMiles Gold status: Wyndham Rewards Gold level
- HotMiles Silver status with 5 or more overnight stays in 2025: Wyndham Rewards Gold level
- HotMiles Silver status with 4 or less overnight stays in 2025: You are not eligible to match your status. You can, of course, still register with Wyndham Rewards and receive Blue level.
Note: Only HotMiles members who received an email invitation are eligible to participate in this status match offer.

How the status match works
- Have your HotMiles ID and the email address stored in your HotMiles account ready.
- Click on the ‘To Wyndham Rewards’ button. Please note: By clicking on this button, you will leave the H-Hotels.com website and be redirected to the Wyndham Rewards webpage.
- On the Wyndham Rewards page, select one of the two options:
a. Log in with an existing Wyndham Rewards account and follow the steps for the status match.
b. Join to create a new Wyndham Rewards account. Once you join, go back to the status match page to complete your match. - Your eligibility for the status match will be verified using the email address provided for your HotMiles account and your HotMiles ID. You will then be assigned the appropriate level.
- Your Wyndham Rewards status match request will be confirmed within approximately 3 to 5 working days.

Frequently asked questions about the termination of the HotMiles bonus programme
1. Why is the HotMiles bonus programme being discontinued?
H-Hotels are part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the attractive Wyndham Rewards bonus programme. With this programme, guests will in future be able to collect points for their stays in over 8,000 hotels, including the H-Hotels brands HYPERION, H4, H2 and H+, and redeem them for overnight stays, gift cards, experiences and much more.
2. When does the programme end?
The programme ends on 31 December 2025. HotMiles will still be credited for departures up to and including 31 December 2025. No credits will be made for departures from 1 January 2026 onwards. As a gesture of goodwill, collected HotMiles can be redeemed for free overnight stays until 31 March 2026. Unredeemed HotMiles will expire without replacement after 31 March 2026.
3. Can collected HotMiles still be redeemed?
The programme ends on 31 December 2025. As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering our members the opportunity to redeem their collected HotMiles for free nights as usual until 31 March 2026. Unredeemed HotMiles will expire without replacement after 31 March 2026.
4. What happens to unredeemed HotMiles when the programme expires?
Unredeemed HotMiles will automatically expire at the end of the grace period on 31 March 2026. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer or cash them.
5. Will members still receive all other status benefits?
The HotMiles programme will end on 31 December 2025. After that, we will no longer be able to offer status benefits (early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, access to the Executive Lounge, welcome gifts from Gold status, booking guarantees with Platinum status).
6. Will there be another bonus programme in future that allows points to be collected at H-Hotels?
Guests of H-Hotels will in future be able to sign up for free and use the attractive Wyndham Rewards bonus programme to collect points for their stays in over 8,000 hotels, including the H-Hotels brands HYPERION, H4, H2 and H+, and redeem them for overnight stays, gift cards, experiences and much more.
7. Until when can members make bookings with HotMiles price advantage?
Bookings with HotMiles price advantage are possible until the end of the programme on 31 December 2025.
8. Can members transfer their HotMiles / status to Wyndham Rewards?
It is not possible to transfer HotMiles to Wyndham Rewards. Unredeemed HotMiles will expire on 31 March 2026.
In addition, we can offer our members individual status migration (according to the Wyndham Rewards status classification, which may differ from the HotMiles classification). Information on this will be available on this website shortly.
9. What will happen to the H-Hotels app?
The H-Hotels app will remain available for use. However, all functions related to the HotMiles bonus programme will be deactivated on 1 January 2026.
10. How long can members still log in to the website?
Login will still be possible until 31 March 2026. After that, member accounts will be closed.

12. Which HotMiles members are eligible for the status match?

13. I have HotMiles Silver status. Where can I see how many overnight stays from 2025 count towards my status?
Unfortunately, the number of overnight stays recorded in 2025 is not available in your HotMiles account.
14. I have HotMiles Silver status and fewer than 5 overnight stays in 2025. What happens then?
In this case, a status match is not possible. However, you can still join Wyndham Rewards at any time and receive Blue level.
15. I already have a Wyndham Rewards account. How do I match my status?
Click on ‘To Wyndham Rewards’, log in to your existing Wyndham Rewards account and follow the status match process. Make sure you enter your HotMiles ID and the email address stored in your HotMiles account correctly.

17. How long does it take for my new status to be visible?
