H-Hotels: Awards at German Bonus Awards

H-Hotels: Auszeichnungen bei Deutschen Bonus Awards

The H-Hotels hotel group is among the winners of the German Bonus Awards 2024. The company achieved four top marks in the "Hotels" category with its HotMiles customer loyalty program: 2nd place in the "Best Points Earning Campaign" category, 2nd place in the "Best App" category, 3rd place in the "Bonus Program of the Year" category and 3rd place in the "Best Customer Service" category. With this result, the family-run company has once again improved on its ranking in the previous year. At that time, the hotel group achieved a silver award and two bronze awards.

"In the ranking of hotel groups with a global presence, the top marks from our customers in all four areas of the Hotels category at the German Bonus Awards are a valuable accolade for us. The above-average ratings underline the fact that we have tailored our loyalty program to the needs of our guests," says Uwe Krohn, Senior Vice President Sales of the H-Hotels hotel group, which has six brands in its portfolio.

By taking part in the German Bonus Awards, consumers, experts and media representatives are recognizing the achievements of an industry that has been inspiring its customers with commitment, innovation and inspiration for years. In total, more than 115,000 participants cast their votes. That is an increase of 254 percent compared to the previous year. "Whether points, miles or cashback - almost 60 million people in Germany are now enthusiastic about the benefits offered by customer loyalty programs. We put the programs to the test and award prizes to the best programs every year," says Ulf-Gunnar Switalski, initiator of the German Bonus Awards.

The HotMiles customer loyalty program has been in place since 2017, allowing guests of H-Hotels to collect points with overnight stays, when consuming food and drinks at the hotel's own bars and restaurants and during special promotions. In addition, every overnight stay contributes to the HotMiles status. The higher the status - Silver, Gold or Platinum - the more benefits the guest enjoys. These include early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, as well as access to the Executive Lounge from Gold status upwards. Guests participating in the bonus program also receive a discount of up to 20 percent when booking via the hotel group's website.
