Bezugnehmend auf Ihre 77% sind wir froh, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause insgesamt gerecht wurden. Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer sowie für die Haare auf dem Bett entschuldigen wir uns hingegen aufrichtig und werden dies umgehend mit unserem Team vom Housekeeping besprechen. Meist handelt es sich bei dem Geruch um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Zudem haben Sie je nach Auslastung auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Schon heute hoffen wir auf ein Wiedersehen, wo wir Ihre Eindrücke noch verbessern möchten.

However we regret that you found your room to be too hot and the aircon not adjustable. Actually it only works properly during the summer time. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater. We had a wonderful time.
Breakfast each morning was delicious.
