It's quite good, just some issues that arise during my long stay, during the cleaning not all the place are cleaned, e.g. the tissue doesn't replace, the washing stuff doesn't renew, and the cleaning is not so careful, it cause loss of my things. Then the cleaning is not always, in one Thursday, I ask them whether they can clean later, they say yes but then they don't come back. And all the cleaning people only speak German, it's hard to communicate with them. The pan inside the room is damaged, and when I asked to change, then there's no good ones, only worse ones left. So I kept the original one and buy a new one myself afterwards. The networking was broken in someday of my stay and there's no hot water in 2 two days. In my last day, my key card cannot open the door and no one can fix it. Finally a staff use a universal card and open it for me.
