Modernes und akzeptables Hotel. Der Service erreich ist verbesserungsfähig. Es ist mangelhaft, dass noch nicht einmal die Rezeption nach Schließung des Bistros (nach später Ankunft) Getränke herausgeben darf.

We had a good experience at the hotel. It was very clean and the room was cosy. We think there are several improvements to make in the breakfast and in the room (there was not enough sope or any shampoo)

Rooms were modern, clean and the hotel was in a great location. Staff were very friendly. Only issue we had was with the bed pillows which did not offer much support but we were given extras which helped this.

Our stay in H2 Hotel Budapest was really nice. Hotel has a great position in city center, really close to amazing St. Istvan Basilica and many restaurants. Good was also parking place in hotel. Due to reconstruction of the road around the hotel it was a bit difficult for us to find it. I would suggest to improve breakfast selection. Also add some option for people with intolerance (lactose or gluten). Room was nice and cosy but needed a bit renovation of bath corner and also the plaster was peeling off the wall in our room. Our overall experience was good because of great position and we would recommend this hotel to our friends.
