Dear ILAN, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent trip to Berlin. With regrets we must realize that we couldn't convince you of our modern room equipment and cleanliness. Please be assured that we work hard every day to meet our 4 star standard and to make all of our guests feel totally comfortable. We are very sorry that we didn't manage to reach your expectations of a pleasant stay and we apologize for the lack of tidiness which immediately will be discussed with our team from the housekeeping. Dear guest, With regrets we must realize that we couldn't convince you of our general excellent hospitality and therefore sadly didn't reach your expectations of a pleasant abidance. Nevertheless we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve our conveniences and service features. We would also like to take the opportunity and apologize for the described inconveniences that clouded your impressions so much. Only for safety reasons our hair dryer switch off automatically as soon as they get too hot. As we are aware of that it is way too early we already started to replace them in every room. Furthermore we are very sorry that the soap in your bathroom wasn't refilled and that you felt disturbed by the street noise. Due to our super central location it is hard to completely prevent the noise from outside and we regret that it affected your sleep. Even though you are not planning to stay with us again we still hope for another chance to be your host and change your point of view. My son's sweater (black color) had been left in our room when we check out the hotel on June 1, 2018. He was sure it was left on the chair. Because of hot whether, he didnot use it while we visited Berlin, but when we left the hotel for our next trip to Krakow, he realized on the airplane that his sweater was left in the hotel room. When we arrived in Krakow we tried to contact your hotel but the reception said the housekeeping didnot find it. I couldn't believe it, the sweater was left on the chair in the hotel room and they said they couldnot found it. Me and my son was staying at room 404, chek in May 30, and check out June 1, 2018. That was my experience staying at H4Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz.

Regrettably, after rechecking, we must admit that on the 01.06. a black sweater certainly hasn't been found in room 404 and handed over for storage by our cleaning team as the usual procedure desires. We can understand your frustration about the loss very well and we deeply apologize for the poor situation, especially since we always handle our guest’s lost property very carefully.
