wir bedanken uns für Ihre Treue und Ihr Feedback. Wie schön, dass Sie bereits mehrere angenehme Aufenthalte in unserem Hause verbringen konnten. Schade nur, dass Sie dieses Mal nicht alles so vorfanden, wie Sie es bei uns gewohnt sind. Die von Ihnen bemängelten Umstände bedauern wir sehr und entschuldigen uns vielmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
