Disappointing. We left a day earlier because of the uncosy, cold room. Restitution for the remaining unused day wasn't "possible". Rubbish, of course, if you want it, you can make it possible.

With great regret, we have taken note of your disappointment about the criticized friendliness and the insufficiently heated room.
