Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.

Not good apart from the room itself which was nice. However, for the high room charge per night, it was not good value, especially as it had a courtyard view not city view. I asked when checking in about a city view and was told I could only have that if we upgraded (double the price) to a suite. However, I was not told that the (cheaper) ‘business room’ also have a view outwards. The quality of the food at breakfast was ‘corporate’ - I have had much better in smaller hotels in the same region, and in Berlin Motel One. The worst aspect of our stay was that - today - 2 days after checking out - I discovered from my credit card that Hyperion was about to take payment for my stay TWICE. It was only because I checked my bank details today that I noticed this. Otherwise, your company would have taken an additional €900+ from me. When I phoned today to report this, your employee on reception accepted this was a mistake which should not have happened. He promised to get the second payment stopped. I hope this indeed happens. So, overall, you will understand why we were unimpressed with Hyperion. I have stayed in several hotels in Germany in the last 2 weeks and this was by far the worst. In short, Hyperion is too corporate and not interested in individual guests’ experience. Vielen dank

Sehr modernes Hotel, typisches BIZ Hotel, Innenstadtlage, professioneller Umgang mit Beanstandungen…, relativ laut in der Nacht

The bathroom was just not clean especially the toilet floor and the sink. The bedside table was also really sticky from old glasses which hasn’t been cleaned at all too.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption haltet ihr Versprechen nicht, vor drei Tagen habe ich sie gebeten, mir eine Rechnung auszustellen, aber leider nichts bekommen. Heute habe ich telefonisch nochmal nachgefragt, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption reagiert unfreundlich sogar ärgerlich, der Ahmed Hamdi heißt!

Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt trotz grüner Hinweisfunktion an der Tür. Keine Auffüllung von Hygieneartikel und Kaffee. Am Abreisetag vorm Check-Out mehrmals morgens vom Personal wegen Zimmerreinigung gestört..

Es passt nícht zu einem 5-Sterne-Hotel, dass kein Duschgel vorhanden ist und ich nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage selbst etwas kaufen musste. Glücklicherweise befindet sich ein DM-Markt direkt neben dem Hotel! Außerdem ist es schade, dass die Sauna eine halbe Stunde nach Öffnung nur eine Temperatur von 70°C hat.

Es wurden erst auf Nachfrage am dritten Tag Bademäntel zur Verfügung gestellt, aber dann gab es keine Handtücher im Saunanereich. Am letzten Tag von 7 war dann alles da, aber kein Licht in den Gängen- also konnten wir die Sauna nicht nutzen! Unser Bad war dreckig und wurde mehrfach an der Rezeption reklamiert- Antwort: Da können wir nichts doch nichts für! Meine Bilder interessierten keinen!Es ist in 7 Übernachtungen nicht gelungen das Bad wirklich sauber zu machen (u.a. HHaare vpn Vorgänger in den Ecken)! Zudem herchte Verlezungsgefahr - Der Toilettenpapierhalter ragte aus der Wand und der Seifenspender war hinten im Plastik eingeschnitten, um ihn aufzufüllen. Meine Beschwerde bei der Leitung brachte auch keinen Erfolg, angeblich habe man uns unter anderem zum Frühstück eingeladen. Dabei hatte ich extra nachgefragt, ob es eine Nachricht für uns gibt, da mir eine Rückmeldung versprochen wurde. Ich komme auf der ganzen Welt herum, aber sowas habe ich nocht nicht erlebt!

Mehr Schein als Sein. Das Hotel suggeriert den Eindruck sehr gehoben zu sein. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft absolut nicht sauber. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Ambiente ist schön, Personal kann dem eigenen Anspruch nicht gerecht werden.

Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel ist prima; die Lounge im 6. Stock ist eine Oase, wo man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag und zum Beginn des nächsten Tages zurückziehen kann - wirklich top.

Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Fußnägel lagen neben dem Bett und der Boden im Badezimmer/WC waren ebenfalls nicht gereinigt.

Wunderschönes recht neues Hotel. Es könnte alles so schön sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett! Aber!!!! Als ich in der Dusche stand,sah ich nach 2-3 min nach unten. Ich stand in 2-3 cm hohem Wasser, voll von Schamhaaren und rasierten Haaren. Das war das ekeligste,was ich je erlebt habe. Ich rief danach die Rezeption an und man dankte mir für die Info. Ein schnelles Upgrade,kostenloses Frühstück oder Preisminderung wurden weder Abend noch am Morgen angeboten. Es war wirklich ekelig. Abfluss verstopft und man steht in hunderten Haaren fremder Menschen. Für eine Juniorsuite ist das Zimmer zu klein oder zu teuer. Dinge wie Schuhanzieher, Bademantel oder Latschen.... Fehlanzeige. Ich kann nur von meinem Zimmer sprechen und hoffe für die Gäste, dass es nur mir so erging.

Not good. Tried desperately to get an iron on sunday night when arrived, all out. Managed to get one Monday at 9 after a lot of stress and calls. If you dont have irons for all rooms, you should at least offer an ironing room or a housekeeping service. The barman was very nice btw.

The hotel is beautiful with a great location. What let it down dramatically was the service. The staff at the hotel have no clue about customer service and we're incompetent, unhelpful and generally clueless. From start to finish I was disappointed and had to beg to get anything from them. As soon as I got to the hotel, I tried to check-in using the self check-in computer which I though was a good idea. I tried for about 4 minutes to check-in and wait for the load indicator to go round and round while the receptionist completely ignored me. I called her over and she refused to come over and help me as she said she was busy. A young man went to the reception desk and she started to serve him after he had stood there for a while. He then indicated that I was here first and I told her that I still needed help , so u went over and asked for help because the computer want working. She then said to me that it hasn't worked for 3 months and they are waiting for it to be fixed! Why let me struggle to use it if you know that it's broken. Why not put a sign up to let customers know?!? Then she proceeded to ask me for me passport. I am a German citizen and a person of colour, so she was obviously pre-judging me. I told her that I don't carry my passport with me just my German identity card . She then looked at me totally shocked and in disbelief that I have permanent residency and then told me she didn't need to see anything after all!!! Make up your mind. I don't like being judged and so called rules bring dropped just like that. This indicates that she judging me by my physical appearance. She didn't tell us where the exec lounge was even though it's included in the business room booking so I had to ask, but then when got to the room there were no bathrobes or slippers. I went down to reception to ask for them and the receptionist said that she would have them put in our room. Back to that later. We went to the exec lounge which is nicely decorated and had a lovely view as it is in the 6th floor. There was food and drink there so it was worth it. However, it wasn't checked by staff so the dirty cups and plates were pilled up. There were hardly any tea options there as they haven't been restocked and the cleanliness could be improved. We got back to the hotel room and wanted to have a shower for need. No bathrobes and slippers to be found. This is listed on the website as standard for the business room so I'm not being overly fussy. I called up reception and asked for the bathrobes again. A sombre looking chambermaid came and gave my husband just one bathrobe and slippers. I rang the reception again and asked who should use the bathrobe, as there are two of us listed in the room. Another bathrobe was delivered. Finally ready to take my shower and looked at the toiletries in the bathroom. For bottles of shampoo, one bottle of conditioner and no body wash...I had to call reception again. I rang up and asked where I could find the online menu for the restaurant downstairs. I was told that there is no online menu and that room service is not possible. I didn't even ask about room service! No offer to have the menu brought up to us. So I ate outside the restaurant as I am a type 1 diabetic and have to check menus before booking tables to ensure that there are things that I can eat on the menu. Check-out was also a disaster. Two receptionists one of whom just stood there and watched the feel receptionist. A huge queue had turned and no eye contact was made, everything was done in slow motion. So I'm summary: please train your staff as they are letting the hotel down hugely. I travel extensively and I have to say that I will not be coming back to you hotel or any of the Hyperion group hotels because for the price I paid the service should have been miles better and there are numerous other hotels to choose from. Such a shame as the hotel itself is lovely. The staff: not so much!

Ich hätte gern die Info gehabt, dass in der Business Lounge Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück stehen, die mir vollkommen gereicht htäten. Sie war ich am Büffet für 17,50 h, hab eine Scheibe Brot gegessen. Das hat mich ziemlich geärgert.

Überteuertes und bis auf ein paar netten Motiven an den Zimmertüren liebloses Hotel das einem 5 Sterne Anspruch nicht erfüllen kann. Ihr Frühstück erinnert an das eines guten 3 Sterne Hotels, nur das der Service da besser ist. Kaffee aus Automaten ? Vollei aus der Packung ? Wurst und Käsetheke ist im Späti um die Ecke Reichhaltiger ! Ihr Ernst ?

Leider sind die Mitarbeiter/innen etwas unfreundlich(statt einer Begrüßung kommt Name wäre nett, auf dem Weg zum Frühstück bei der Zimmerabfrage kommt von hinten ein lautes Stopp, ein Handtuch auf dem Zimmer war benutzt, die WC Bürste ekelig; kein Service beim Frühstück(erst nach Aufforderung wird ein Tisch abgewischt ansonsten muss man sich sogar die Tassen selbst holen)

Das Personal war nicht gut geschult und bei Reklamationen unsicher.
