In case we are not able to fulfill a wish straight away we do offer a room change the next day or as soon as the possibility is given. However you do have the possibility to firmly book a quiet room in advance for a small additional charge. We are truly satisfied with the experience at this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly.
Loved the big variety for breakfast.

What really drags down the impression and rating, is an incident where the toilet in our never stopped running during the entire night between Tuesday/Wednesday 18/19 June, which made so much noise that it fucked up the sleeping for that night, and ruined much of the Wednesday. This started around 23:00, a guy checked it and couldn't stop it, we were offered to switch rooms but were told that if so, all our stuff needed to be moved immediately. My wife was already exhausted, and we had our kids asleep in the room next-door, and they needed to know where we were. We tried with silicone earplugs. That didn't work for me, at 01 I went down to the lobby, to check if I could get the new room now, and move the stuff the next morning, since having a quiet room and a working toilet is the most basic minimum to expect from a hotel. When you're a visiting tourist, with all the costs involved and busy day schedule, you need your sleep. But the night receptionist was 100% not flexible! "That's all we can offer". Infuriating! 08:30 the next morning, after hardly ANY sleep, it was possible to flush again and the water running stopped. About half an hour later, the repair-man came ... After breakfast, we asked for compensation, since this was obviously substandard, and only got 10% (!) off the price of that dreadful night. And that's where you - whoever is in charge - showed your true colours: not going for the returning customer, only going for the fast buck.
